We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Allow a further 5–10 business days for your bank to clear the funds. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Our sizes are in Australian sizing (equivalent to US sizing). To measure your foot:

- Measure heel to longest toe in centimetres
