Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship only within Australia?
Yes. We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery timeframes are:
• Standard Tracked Delivery: 3–7 business days
• Express Delivery (where available): 1–3 business days
Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, public holidays, or peak periods.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@cloudslipperau.store.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@cloudslipperau.store with your order number. We may be able to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect parcels.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link from your dispatch confirmation email. If your order is significantly overdue or tracking shows no movement, contact us at support@cloudslipperau.store with your order number and we will investigate promptly.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Browse our products at cloudslipperau.store, add items to your cart, and complete checkout using the secure payment options provided. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa and MasterCard, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Additional local payment options such as Afterpay may also be available at checkout.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption to protect your personal information. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
I didn't receive my order confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, contact us at support@cloudslipperau.store with your name and order details and we will resend it.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging. All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details.
My item arrived faulty or damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cloudslipperau.store with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to apply the credit.
